Initiate RMA Request
Contact our technical support team with your order number and specific component details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original anti-static packaging and ensure all terminals are insulated to prevent short circuits during transit.
Shipping & Documentation
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship via a carrier that supports Class 9 Hazardous Materials if returning lithium-based cells.
Inspection & Refund
Once our engineers verify the structural integrity and voltage levels of the returned components, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
